The MBS Lettings way...

Unlike many larger agencies, we are not traditional letting agent managing hundreds of properties on behalf of anonymous landlords.

 

We own and manage much of our portfolio ourselves, meaning we genuinely care about the properties we provide and the people who live in them. We also offer a personalised and competitive package for our third party landlords, providing the same high standards we apply to our own properties. 

Our aim has always been simple: to offer well-presented, thoughtfully maintained homes together with a level of service that is increasingly rare within the rental sector.

We believe renting should feel professional, straightforward and transparent.

That’s why we personally handle:

  • Property viewings

  • Tenant applications

  • Move-ins and check-outs

  • Maintenance coordination

  • Day-to-day tenant support

We never outsource our management to third-party agencies, meaning our tenants deal directly with the people responsible for the properties themselves.

This allows us to respond quickly, maintain high standards and build long-term relationships with our tenants.
